Roxen is a lake just outside the city of Linköping. It's a typical plain lake, i.e. a shallow lake with a maximum depth of around 8 meters. The lake has clean, clear water and plenty of fish. Mostly salmon, eel, pike and pikeperch, of which all are fished commecially. It is estimated that the cormorants alone eats 1.5 tons of fish out of the lake every day.
